TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERING & PAYMENT WITH HBB - Orders can be made via the website, phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or twitter. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on the website at the time you place your order, plus postage and packing. We must receive whole payment for the goods you order, with any applicable postage charges, before your order can be processed.
DELIVERY - We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, but, on occasion, this will be up to a maximum of 2 working days. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please notify us immediately. If your package is not delivered within 7 working days, we will send a replacement on condition that the original package is returned if delivered. Returns are to be sent back to Honey Bee Beautiful, Trestevan, Llangybi, Usk NP15 1NN. On receipt of returns, you will be refunded the cost of postage.
Our standard postage charge is based on the value of goods ordered and the current Royal Mail rates.
We currently DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
AVAILABILITY - We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, however, occasionally demand will outstrip supply as we produce small batches to ensure the products are as fresh as possible. In these instances we will contact you and indicate how long it will take to supply the item ordered or suggest an alternative product or remove the product from your order and provide a refund. Some products are made to order and may take slightly longer to supply. We will notify you if this applies. Multiples of the same products are available in 'reasonable' amount per individual customer, however, bulk wholesale or commercial orders are not to be made through the website but by request via email to info@honeybeebeautiful.co.uk.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Please note that the products supplied by us are of the finest quality, however seasonal changes and temperatures may slightly change the appearance or scent of our natural products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% money back guarantee, provided your order is returned by recorded delivery within 30 days, stating your order ID, an explanation of why the product is being returned along with your name, address and contact number. Goods returned for refund must be in 'as new' saleable condition unless there is a fault or you are dissatisfied with the product. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please return using your free postage return label to Honey Bee Beautiful, Trestevan Farm, Llangybi, Usk NP15 1NN.
SUBSCRIPTIONS - Our subscription service is provided by Seal Subscriptions by way of an integrated app on our website. This app allows you to create an auto-charging or subscription service for products that you would like to buy on a regular basis at a reduced price. When you select a subscription option and complete the checkout with such product, a subscription will be created for you. You will be able to view, edit and cancel your subscription in the customer portal which you can access with the magic link you receive in your subscription email or by logging into your account on our website.
ORDERING THROUGH AN HBB CONSULTANT - Payment with order. Payment by credit/debit card are payments direct to Honey Bee Beautiful on behalf of your Consultant. Orders are subject to availability
Delivery will be FREE to your Party Host who will arrange delivery direct to your home within 5 working days of your order, depending on when your Consultant places the order, or, posted directly to your home depending on your choice
Your contract of sale is direct with your Honey Bee Beautiful Consultant who is an independent seller of the Honey Bee Beautiful range of products. He/she is not an agent of Honey Bee Beautiful.
TOTAL SATISFACTION – we are sure that you will have total satisfaction from your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact your Honey Bee Beautiful Consultant. QUALITY GUARANTEE – this guarantee applies only to the Honey Bee Beautiful products sold in the UK. Honey Bee Beautiful will refund, replace, or exchange any unused goods sold to them which are in re-saleable condition and which are returned to the Consultants within 21 days. Honey Bee Beautiful guarantees the quality of every item supplied by it and will exchange, refund and replace any products showing a manufacturer defect when returned (within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods by the Consultant). This guarantee and your rights of cancellation are without prejudice to your statutory rights.
DATA PROTECTION – we take your privacy extremely seriously. We will not pass your information on to any third party or use it for any other purpose than that that is stated herein. By providing your details on the Customer Order Form and by placing your order, you explicitly agree and consent for your personal information to be used by the Consultant and passed to, used and stored securely anywhere in the world by the HBB Consultant and passed to, used and stored by Hone Bee Beautiful for the purposes of processing your order, including processing exchanges, returns, refunds, complaints or statistical and business analysis as well as for sending to you marketing communications to the receipt of which you have for the time being explicitly consented by ticking the relevant box of this form. Honey Bee Beautiful may share your personal information only with other Consultants within its sales force for the purposes of processing your orders and maintaining its relationship with you or with credit reference agencies in order to make credit decisions and/or trace customers and/or for fraud prevention purposes. You can access your personal information and correct any factual errors or request details of the manner in which it may have been processed by contacting us at the address overleaf. To protect your privacy and security, reasonable steps will be taken to verify your identity before acting on your instructions.
If you wish to cancel the contract you MUST DO SO IN WRITING and deliver personally or send by electronic mail to your HBB Consultant
COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is: C Clark T/A Honey Bee Beautiful whose trading address is Trestevan, Llangybi, Usk NP15 1NN.
2. Employees of Honey Bee beautiful or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Participants must be aged 18 or over and be resident in the UK.
5. Closing date for entry can be confirmed by email request to info@honeybeebeautiful.co.uk. Once the competition date has expired no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: One prize of £50 of Honey Skincare Products each month for every 'full' month the draw has been published on the website. The draw to be made on the 28th of each 'full' month.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen at random by software provided by Honey Bee Beautiful from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will then send the prize to the winner’s address as confirmed in email.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Trestevan, Llangybi, Usk NP15 1NN.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
