DELIVERY

Speedy delivery is important to us and we will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.  On occasion that this is not possible however, we will have your order dispatched within 5 working days*

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail and you can either select 1st Class delivery at a charge of £5.99 or 2nd Class delivery at a charge of £3.99.

Please note that we offer FREE delivery for orders 'over' £55.  For these orders  we use Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Please note that, due to the weight, we are only able to send a maximum of 2 jars of honey per order.  Orders containing two jars will be sent 2nd class only.

If your order is over 2kg it will be sent by courier or split into two packages with Royal Mail, depending on the weight. 

We are currently not shipping to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the EU due to the changes brought about by BREXIT.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days please contact us with your order number.

On repeated failed deliveries, we reserve the right to send orders by courier at the customer's expense.

We currently DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO NORTHERN IRELAND OR THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
